HS2 Phase 2A Advance Critical Design (ACD) Apr 2022 – Dec 22This phase of the project is from Lichfield to Crewe. The programme for ACD required more detail in order to pass on to the Design & Delivery Partner (DDP). This required the programme being much more detailed. For instance, the earthworks programme was added. This required the volumes for each different type of earth being in the programme and a record for “cut” and “fill”. The programme will enable the operation of 10 trains per hour throughout the day through Ely North Junction, from an average base of 7.5 trains per hour.CP6 Works Delivery Track Design for Year 12•••20Acting as the project manager and planner for the LNW works delivery track design for Year 1. This was a multi-disciplinary contract for 13 different sites for year 1. Key activities/responsibilities within this role was coordinating designs and engineers through milestone meetings like IDCs/DDRs & chairing weekly coordination meetings and updating the programme regularly. This has led to WSP being issued with a further 19 sites for year 22•••••14 I was working on the North West Gas Alliance (NWGA)- partnership with Balfour Beatty & National Grid - as Programme Controls Manager.
