As the Head of Digital Innovation and Managing Director for Investment Banking, I lead transformative digital strategies that modernize and enhance the efficiency of investment banking operations. With over 7 years of experience driving digital modernization in IB and 26 years at Nomura in various roles, I specialize in delivering innovative solutions across the whole IB platform.My role focuses on identifying pain points and opportunities, collaborating with bankers to improve productivity, and embedding digital capabilities into the organization’s culture. I have spearheaded large-scale initiatives, including the successful implementation of Salesforce, Box and Generative AI, establishing a cloud-centric digital foundation that aligns with the evolving needs of Investment Banking.I pride myself on building high-performing teams grounded in trust, communication, and shared goals.
