As the CEO of Cooper Chapman Insurance, LLC, a full-service insurance agency that offers appraisal, property, and casualty insurance solutions, I oversee the strategic direction, operations, and growth of the company. In this role, I was responsible for managing the business development, client relations, quality control, and compliance functions of the company. I also leveraged my skills and knowledge in appraisal, investment properties, and working with investors to provide high-quality and timely appraisals for various types of properties and transactions. Additionally, I serve as a board member of the South Carolina Real Estate Appraisal Board, where I represent the appraisal management sector and contribute to the regulation and oversight of the appraisal profession in the state.
