Eagle Plus is a first to market digital web (SaaS) solution for the new WHS changes in the golf industry. Eagle plus gives golf clubs and golfers everywhere easy access to their handicap information for general play; as well as a unique handicap calculator to give real-time handicap information for any competition format, Strokeplay, Matchplay and team competitions. This role has included- Working with business owners to ideate, strategise and plan the product roadmap for Eagle Plus- Working closely with our team of designers to create UX and UI designs for our backend and frontent CMS system- Onboarded and manage 3rd party development company to plan and build our bespoke solution.(negotiating rates, timelines and deliverables)- Involved with marketing plan, working with designs to create copy, content design for all Eagle plus assets- Managed 3rd video production team to deliver promotional/instructional assets- Worked to a strict timeline in delivering eagle plus ready for consumer use- Put together pricing strategy and plan to share with sales team to implement onto the market- Constant R&D to ensure our product met industry standards and was working to governing bodies rules and regulations- Ongoing road map planning to identify and research new product features
