I work in the Client Solutions Team, coming alongside procurement teams and service managers in Social Care, and understanding what are the pain points of their service and identify solutions that Randstad could provide. Since graduating in 2016, with a BA Hons in Applied Social Sciences, I have worked in the Non-Profit Sector in Oxford, Newcastle, Aberdeen and Edinburgh specialising in Community Development and Outreach. I know from personal experience the demands and hurdles there are to jump over in trying to meet the needs of your service and community. In essence, I am not in the business of just \'plastering cracks in the wall\' with quick-fixes and signposting \'anyone\' to you.
