I am a Financial Executive with a passion for people. As the creator and leader of Truist\'s Enterprise Wellness Challenge Program, I\'ve helped thousands of teammates move more, connect better, and thrive both at work and in life. What started as a small team concept is now a culture movement engaging our entire enterprise at Truist. We have logged thousands of miles of activity and shared our available well-being benefits to many. But it\'s more than numbers. It\'s about purpose. I carry a Truist Branded torch on our team member walks and epic hikes from Mt Kilimanjaro, The Swiss and French Alps, The Grand Canyon, Pikes Peak, Iceland, The Zion Traverse, Paris, and Mt Fuji-not as a stunt, but as a symbol of our commitment to health, courage, our team member\'s well-being journey, and to build a legacy of wellness for others.I\'m still climbing-physically, professionally, and personally. I believe leaders shouldn\'t just support well-being - they should model it.My mission is to design experiences that spark engagement, build stronger teams, and connect our values to our actions. I believe well-being is the next frontier of corporate culture- and I\'m just getting started
