He understands the industry from a wholistic perspective and can speak from day to day customer interaction experiences. The industry can be very complex and Mark has the ability to simplify the merchant services/payments solutions process. He is able to walk with the customer through the whole process and make it a great experience, while saving money. Mark Carter is focused on building new and current bank relationships by encouraging, educating and equipping people. His experience traveling around the world and growing up as a Third-Culture-Kid in (Papua) Irian Jaya, Indonesia prepared him well to understand market conditions and pivot when necessary. Mark has been trained in the past by the most elite pharmaceutical and medical device companies in the world. His past experiences in the medical device industry have given him a unique perspective as a banker and a realistic understanding on how to work with people and solve complex problems that customers encounter on a daily basis. In addition to helping people save money on a daily basis, Mark has a passion for investing in his family, traveling, leadership development, kayak fishing and anything outdoors.
