I am a dynamic, results-driven, logistics professional looking to achieve further professional development in a stimulating and exciting new environment.An exceptional strategist with a strong sense of responsibility, with over 23 years in the United States Army, I was actively involved in Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) 20••••04 and Operation New Dawn (20••••09) and spearheaded the development of a Deployment Process enabling the movement of 15K vehicles, trailers, containers and 30K personnel from Fort Hood Texas to Iraq in less than 6 weeks. I possess exceptional senior leadership and management skills and was personally responsible for transforming 1.2K hours of training, aligning the Military Strategy of 2020 and the Army learning Model of 2015 thus cutting development time by 50%. This resulted in setting the standard for all Training and Doctrine Command Schools. Recognized as a pioneer in Mobility Warrant Officer Field of expertise, I played a pivotal role in 10 different Transportation Functional Training Courses which successfully produced over 3.5K graduates over a 12 month period.I am a resourceful, hardworking and dedicated individual with outstanding administrative and organizational skills and have the proven ability to develop and implement effective new systems and procedures, prioritizing whilst remaining focused on process improvement.
