Proactive approach to delivering complex fault rectification on heavy and light current assets. Out of hours standby engineer for critical faults and defects. Integral member of the site commissioning team at Flintshire Bridge converter station on the Western Link project during construction and commissioning, which was a multi-record breaking 2.25GW Line Commutated 600kV HVDC interconnector between Hunterston (Scotland) and Connah\'s Quay (North Wales).Authorised as National Grid Advanced Commissioning Engineer (ETBP141), and Senior Authorised Person up to 400kV.Mentorship of trainees with both safety biased AP and SAP training, and also technical engineering training for the new breed of engineers joining the journey to net zero
