I provide support to communities, project owners/ developers and other stakeholders throughout Scotland, aiming to meet the Scottish Government\'s community shared ownership objectives. This ambition achieved an element of shared ownership in at least half of all newly consented projects by 2020. Shared ownership is an exciting new opportunity for community development organisations throughout Scotland and beyond to help to increase their earned income and move towards self-sustainability and self-determination.
