About Mark Bogart

Mark is part of Colliers Princeton NJ office where he will focus on landlord and tenant representation including healthcare, life sciences, legal, services, general office and other specialty uses. Mark has more than fourteen years of experience in real estate and related fields including residential, commercial, legal, development, and investment. He has worked with a broad range of tenants/clients in sales/leasing, property management, site identification/disposition, and transaction management. Mark is currently working closely with Tri-State Life Sciences Practice Leader Charlie Hatfield, where he focuses primarily on tenant and landlord office representation. Prior to Colliers, Mark spent over a decade with Bogart Partners, a mostly residential real estate team, but with a mix of transaction experience in commercial, investment, and leasing. Mark was responsible for managing and maintaining Bogart Partners social media accounts, including Facebook and Linkedin. He built and maintained meaningful connections with clients and key service providers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Mark developed an expertise in working with municipalities, attorneys, and other agents/relevant parties to ensure compliance with state and local regulations in property sales/leasing.
