I lead a team of RICs qualified lease development managers across the country. Responsible for all rent events, circa pub leases, cyclical rent reviews, end of lease negotiations, the MRO process and pubs code legislation. We complete all the negotiations when the business transfers between business units, lease and tenanted to a managed business. We complete lease buybacks and negotiations included in the process. In short all commercial & legal negotiations which include a rent event are completed by the team.
