Lead corporate recruiting and new hire on boarding for Equitable. Manage the RPO relationship with outside partner Randstad. Core team member on the global implementation and roll out of Taleo. Led a team responsible for the end to end redesign of new hire on boarding.Implemented the use of Artificial Intelligence in the candidate selection process. This allows Equitable to interact with every applicant to an open role within 24 hours, improving the candidate experience, improving the efficiency of the recruiting team, decreasing time to fill and enhancing the Equitable brand as an employer of choice.Implemented SLAs with the RPO provider to improve the overall diversity of the candidate pipeline.
