Mentor and coach all 1102’s assigned to Region 4 Public Building Services. Serve as Liaison between GSA Building Project managers and Acquisition workforce to facilitate communication. Develop training to educate the acquisition workforce on policy changes and practices. Develop documentation to assist in ensure all Procurement Management Review findings are corrected and ensure all deficiencies are corrected within each contract file. Conduct monthly meeting with Region 4 Team Leads to better understand the needs of the Contracting Officers in the field. Execute any complex large dollar requirements for specialized procurement\'s while training Contracting Specialist on the process. Conduct pre-award and post award reviews to ensure procurement is in accordance with regulation and GSA Guidance. Attend all Small business functions to ensure the organization is educated on Small business changes.
