I work as Lead Network Delivery Manager, delivering multiple projects of varying size. I work closely with several other delivery managers to develop and manage end-to-end project plans from project concept stage through procurement and system installation/commissioing to capacity turn-up, ensuring on-time delivery and service. The role also requires for me to interface with system engineering and stakeholders for overall end-end project requirements and scope. As part of BT standards each deliverable project is subject to extreme security regulations and documentation authentication ensuring comprehensive baseline recording is completed thoughout each project to remain within scope of agreed budget and delivery time.As a Lead delivery manager one of the main responsibilities is to provide hands-on program management support during each aspect of the project, guiding system engineers, electrical engineers, installation engineers etc through all phases of their respective roles from high level design to more specific low level design job role requirements.
