As a Sales Engineer I work closely with our Ivanti partners, prospects and customers in the sales, deployment and support process of our product line. Making sure that the solution fits the environment. Job requirements included: Successfully discussing Ivanti architecture, demonstrating the Ivanti products and running or coordinating Proof of Concepts. Performing Ivanti product installations and deployments in proof of concept and production environments. Designing Ivanti installations to make sure they fit the current architecture of our prospects that are be from a small single site installations to large environments spanning multiple countries around the globe. Product troubleshooting, consulting and ongoing support. Best practice consulting for a variety of complex IT issues including: Security Management, IT service management, IT asset management and IT Systems Management Expertise in systems management practices for multiple OS environments including: Windows, Mac, and Linux.
