Manor House Lindley is an 11 bedroom boutique hotel that opened in April 2018, following the most exquisite re build & refurbishment of a grade 2 listed Manor House.Devising a detailed pre opening strategy and business plan, ensured a successful opening and quick establishment of 11 bedrooms, 2 restaurants, 3 bars, wedding & events venue for up to 200 and gym & studio.A unique philosophy and values make for a fun working environment within a team of 60 people. This allows for a special guest experience throughout a diverse market and target audience.Revenues continue to grow despite the disruption caused by covid-19 on the hospitality industry. This proved to be an incredibly difficult period of time, requiring strong leadership and careful strategic planning throughout.
