I guide a dynamic team of experts who specialise in our solutions, our data, our digital tools and our AI. Together, we are delivering a transformative journey that seamlessly combines state-of-the-art technology with our commitment to awesome customer service and achieving our net zero ambitions- I lead the ideation, development and deployment of revolutionary energy technology platforms. We are crafting solutions that not only meet our business needs but also champion sustainable practices at every step- We are spearheading the enhancement of our customer experiences. Designing personalised interactions that empower our customers to actively manage their energy consumption, thereby contributing meaningfully to our collective net zero objectives- I work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define, design and implement initiatives that not only advance our overarching mission but also foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the organisation- Responsible for steering agile delivery ensuring the successful implementation of business improvement initiatives and industry-wide changes- Fostering a team culture where innovation thrives, and where each member feels empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.
