I have over 20 years of experience of working with a wide range of different businesses from owner managed to listed entities. I am a Tax Director and lead the Large Corporate Team for PwC in the NW. Although I specialise in corporate tax, our tax team can provide you and your business with a full range of tax services, including VAT, payroll, reward, innovations (R&D, Patent Box), international mobility, personal tax and tax compliance to name just a few. In addition to being able to assist with all aspects of corporate tax, I have extensive M&A experience having led on a wide range of corporate structuring and due diligence projects (both UK and Global).What I really love about my role is that I get to meet lots of different businesses at different stages of their development and discuss all aspects of their business strategy. My team and I are always interested in meeting with local businesses and will be delighted to meet up for a coffee to explore how we may be able to help you and your business.
