Materials Coordinator within the Drilling & Wells department in Aberdeen providing oversight on drilling, completion, trees & wellhead tangibles held within the UK business. Also providing support to inventory team along with offshore teams.Ensuring the efficient management & preparation of tangibles and material movements in support of all UK exploration, development & P&A operations, liaising with drilling, completion & wellhead engineers for requirements to meet well plans both current & future. Liaise with C&P team with requirements for tangibles & expediting of materials. Tracking tangible materials to & from warehouse to vendors or offshore.Focal point for Casing & Tubing contracted supplier & updating Casing & Tubing forecast / used plan. Where required, regards casing & tubing, liaise with vendors to organise rig prep, rig returns & repairs process. Coordinate with engineers & vendors for manufacture of casing, pups & crossovers, utilising existing stocks where feasible. Manage reconciliation of well tangibles & supporting drilling accounts to close out well costs. Manage disposal of surplus or defective drilling equipment.Complete any other reasonable tasks as delegated by Line Manager.
