   Mark Amos, Executive Vice President at RWS Global, delivers creative and design excellence, driven by over 25 years of creative, design and production experience within the themed entertainment and relevant construction industries.His role includes leading, building and challenging the Destination Design Department (formerly named JRA). This includes developing and maintaining key accounts and client relationships, structuring the department for growth and best in industry creative, and engaging project teams with both support and mentorship. Borrowing from his equal part’s strong storytelling and creative background as well as his production and construction experience, Mark’s career has yielded a tremendous amount of experience that allows him to lead his team.Mark’s career began at Jacobs Engineering, and with strong guidance and mentorship evolved from document control roles to design and drafting to a lead field engineer role on $100mm+ commercial and process driven projects. Pivoting to JRA, part of RWS Global he developed his skills in both drafting and design before moving onto project management of the architectural, engineering and MEP scope of works on Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, the world’s largest indoor theme park which opened in 2011. His career evolved to support projects with Master planning, Creative writing and Directing a variety of additional projects including the Korean Theme Park, the Paramount’s Kings Island Happy Days Diner, Nayon Landing, Sochi Adventureland Theme Park, Anapa Theme Park, Lionsgate Movie World, the Gateway Colorado Auto Museum, The Tibbals Learning Center for The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art, Museum of Broadcast Communications, McKenna Children’s Museum, the Children’s Museum of Naples, the Guangdong Science Center, World of Coca-Cola, RedsFest for the Cincinnati Reds, View Boston observation deck experience, CAMP retail pop-up experiences, Hello Kitty Theme Park and Integrated Resort, and many, many more.
