Played professional cricket at Gloucestershire for 19 years and ODIs for England. The most successful domestic Captain with 9 trophies in 7 years and Captain of England Lions - 2001.Awarded Wisden Cricketer of the Year in 2001 and MBE in 2004. Worked as Head Coach at the MCC after a 4 year stint with Glos Head Coach for 7 years. Started at Marlborough College as Cricket Professional and Assistant Director of Sport.A stint as Glamorgan’s White Ball Coach followed by a return to Gloucestershire as Head Coach; still engaged with Welsh Fire as Assistant Coach and Cricket Consultant for Marlborough College. 2024 Winners of the T20 Blast in England.
