Associate with Create Consulting (since 2010) based in the company’s Norwich office. Create Consulting is a multi-disciplinary practice offering expertise in transport, flood, drainage, energy, structures, air quality & noise assessment.I have capabilities in all of the company’s key disciplines and have responsibilities for Client management and business development. My specialisms are in the production and review of transport assessments, travel plans, traffic capacity models and devising access strategies on development & planning projects. I also produce design solutions for site access, internal road layouts and off-site highway improvements. Understanding the planning process is key to the success of my projects. I am a Chartered Member of the RTPI and can offer expert advice in the preparation and review of planning applications and associated submissions, planning conditions, planning appeal representations, S106 and S278 agreements etc.I run projects individually or work as part of a multi-discipline Client team. My project experience enables me to engage confidently with specialist architects, landscape planners, flood risk & drainage engineers, air quality & noise engineers, site investigation and survey companies etc.
