As a Global Senior Software Engineer Development Manager with a Business Masters Degree in Project Management and an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, I have managed a team of 30+ software engineers to deliver high quality, high performing applications for enterprise customers around the world. I manage multiple software product releases simultaneously, engaging in the full project life cycle ( quality and goal planning, architect and design planning, development, test, document reporting, support ) for each software product using agile methodology. These software applications cover web based collaboration, social networking, client applications with the objective to improve user productivity, as well as digital transformation microservice commerce applications managing full stack development with automated deployment processes using kubernetes and tools for monitoring resources and applications along with managing a team responsible for Cloud ITSM using ServiceNow platform. As an experienced manager, I manage people resources, hardware resources and contracts. I execute mandatory mid-year and annual reviews, engage in the employee hiring processes, and administer contractor hiring and on boarding along with numerous human resource activities that go along with the management position. Prior to managing a global department I have worked as a software engineer developing, testing and supporting applications in production environments. These experiences give me the broad skills to understand what it takes to successfully function as both a resource for execution as well as a resource for managing.
