Responsibilities includes- provides leadership and strategic level guidance to the deployment teams to achieve project deliverables- leads multiple concurrent implementation projects with general directions and ensure adherence to standard implementation procedures- drives and manages all implementation milestones to completion within scope, project schedule and customer satisfaction- create and maintain project documentation throughout the implementation lifecycle, including work streams plans, strategies, best practice guidance, customer user guides etc, that underpins project deliverables- leads key stakeholders’ engagement on behalf of supplier, ensure issues/risks awareness, project progress, set expectations and communicate next steps in a timely manner- represents supplier interest at project meetings and customers’ operational groups in alignment with company objectives and strategic goals- provide day to day guidance and support to the deployment team- leads on continuous improvement of methodology and deployment approach- manages and track team utilisation across all inflight projects- manages recruitment and resources allocation for all deployment projects.
