NetSuite Administrator is responsible for the configuration, development, and implementation of NetSuite as client’s main ERP. Maintain the NetSuite application support, end user requests and training for tasks such as new saved searches, reports, dashboards and maintain proper system access for user roles. Integrate other software such as Salesforce, ADP, Concur, 3PL and Custom Software bi directionally with NetSuite. • Implement NetSuite and Integrations with additional platforms • Optimize NetSuite to meet business needs, including fields, page layouts, workflows, approvals, and validation rules • Recommend and implement new processes, including NetSuite projects that will simplify and automate processes • Design, implement, and maintain configurations and customizations within NetSuite • Monitor & administer account management, roles and access, profile creation, security administration, etc. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders • Utilize technical knowledge and business acumen to develop workflows and reports • Support all aspects of NetSuite and data integrity, and serve as primary contact for NetSuite support
