My career (and my degree before that and my interests even before that) has been solidly centred on my passion for engineering technical solutions to problems.Why did I get into product management? It\'s the whole package: I love meeting customers to learn about the challenges they have; building business case models to understand whether or not it commercially stacks up to build a solution; working with engineering teams to build the technology; with marketing to create the GTM; with finance and legal to set-up commercials; with sales to build pipeline and drive growth. and to join customer meetings to show the customer that we listened, and to show them what a great solution we have built.And the reason I still love product management? Technology keeps evolving - so the problems our customers face and the tools we have for engineering solutions keep changing. Everyday brings something new to learn about.
