Led the expression of the new brand architecture in all internal and external consumer touchpoints. New brand identities and marketing solutions were also created for the agency’s nonprofit thrift shops and its children’s program. Led the team in developing a variety of strategic consumer touchpoints for a variety of outreach channels. Since the new branding efforts launched, brand visibility and equity has significantly improved and the patient census is up 20%.
