Providing local and strategic leadership to my group; Clinical Systems Development. This comprises a team of Functional Managers, Clinical System Designers, Clinical System Developers, and Clinical System Specialists located throughout the UK, US, South Africa and India. Management and reduction of project over-burn, controlling & monitoring efficiency, analysing the financial health of our clinical trials. Oversight on resourcing & timelines, and responsible for departmental growth and development. Working closely with the senior leadership team to align the Biometrics Data Operations division with corporate goals, achieving and exceeding our KPIs. Leading and being part of special projects and initiatives to improve processes, quality and throughput within the division. Scaling-up our delivery capacity in order to meet a rapidly growing demand in our services, whilst mainiting the quality of the end product. Our EDC systems are designed and built primarily using Medidata Rave and PAREXEL Datalabs, producing the critical components of the clinical trial, including the database, eCRF (edits and dynamics), manual and vendor listings, reports, patient profiles, and custom functions.
