   My practice focuses on maritime and other equipment financing transactions, including lease and leveraged lease financing, Title XI financing and the Export-Import Bank of the United States (Ex-Im Bank) financing. My work also involves equipment sales and purchases, maritime acquisitions, management agreements and transportation agreements. I counsel clients on maritime regulatory matters, including the Jones Act, citizenship qualification before the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) and the U.S. Maritime Administration (MarAd), the registration of ships in the United States and foreign countries, and MarAd\'s Capital Construction Fund (CCF) program. I am a past Chair of the Marine Financing Committee of the Maritime Law Association of the United States (MLAUS). I serve as Co-Chair of the Firm’s Transportation/Project Finance Practice Area and Co-Chair the Federal Practice Group. I am proud to be selected for inclusion in \"The Best Lawyers in America® for Admiralty and Maritime Law\" since 2010 and \"Washington D.C.
