In true chameleon style, I have utilized my talents in leadership, communication, organizational ability, and innovation throughout my corporate world experience and as a nurse in the operating room. These skills continue to be enhanced in both Public Relations and in my private practice as a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach. My mission is to bridge the gap in our current healthcare system and help women navigate their way from chaos to calm.Striving to be the poster child of work-life balance, you can find me traveling by car, boat or plane, with my partner and, when possible, our Beagador sidekick. While meditation and yoga keep me grounded, I find joy in sharing quality time, delicious food, good music, and the great outdoors with my loved ones.My life in six words?
