Collaborate closely with the SSF Executive Leadership team, Continuum of Care members, and various County, City, and other relevant agencies to achieve the grant\'s objectives of supporting organizations dedicated to homeless families, with the ultimate goal of ensuring \"no child sleeps outside.\"Key responsibilities include facilitating teams to meet measurable goals, coordinating systems, and integrating data from various sources such as Education, VA, CalWORKS, child welfare, domestic violence, and health to maintain a comprehensive quality by name list (BNL) for families. This also involves preparing and managing records and reports, including budgets, personnel files, and operations manuals. Effective interpersonal skills are crucial for building relationships and trust, working cooperatively, and advancing racial equity goals.
