   The Operations Risk and Regulatory Control (ORRC) is responsible for the Risk and ControlFramework across Morgan Stanley Operations and the establishment of controls through structured risk identification and the proactive review of Operations processes. I Lead the global Risk Control and Governance team, which is responsible for leading a team of specialists supporting multiple operations silos in the areas of general operational risk management, internal risk metrics, operational analysis, reporting, incident management, and internal review testing & audits. In this role, I am the primary communicator and sponsor of the regulatory and firm mandated risk agenda. This role allows the team to push forward the mandated Operations risk initiative for both internal Operations stakeholders and the business unit. The team also provides the thought leadership and oversight of the risk management program to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, regulatory engagement, risk reporting, and data quality.
