Capitalizing on more than 18 years’ experience in Molecular biology, Cellular biology and Immunology—with extensive experience in drug development for Autoimmune disease, Neurodegenerative disease such as multiple sclerosis as well as cancer— I am ready to begin a new endeavor in the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry.I am a published co-inventor with US and international patents in drug development for autoimmune and neurodegenerative diseases. Most recently as research assistant professor at Thomas Jefferson University, and prior to that at University of Pennsylvania, I have designed, tested and evaluated novel immunotherapeutic drugs in collaboration with academic expertise as well as drug companies.I am well versed in developing and managing realistic research projects—including staffing, complex timelines and budgets. I have also garnered extensive experience in training and teaching talents (students and technicians) in my roles as faculty at Thomas Jefferson, Temple and other Universities.
