As a self-driven, business minded professional with expertise in all project phases, my ultimate goal is to create strong liaisons between company and key stakeholders and drive project goals. During my 20+ year tenure, I have proven to have exceptional project & program management, customer service, system improvement, performance and operations management, customer relationship management, and business development planning skills. I have led large scale teams in meeting and exceeding company objectives through a combination of renewed business direction and incentive driven rewards for team achievement. Further, I possess a repeated track record of training and building performance-driven teams and launching programs that generate company cost reduction.
