Grip krijgen op complexe vragen en programma\'s door samen met het team overzicht te creëren en te bedenken wat er nodig is om het voor elkaar te krijgen is wat ik met veel plezier doe. De te nemen besluiten stel ik daarbij centraal. Vaak is er een volgorde van te nemen besluiten. In het proces met de omgeving en met bestuurders is deze besluitvormingskalender leidend. Mijn drive is om de voor het besluit benodigde informatie aan te reiken: met een brede blik, to the point en met het juiste detail. Dealing with complex water issues is where Marja’s heart and competences lie. Unravelling complexities, structuring and monitoring the underlying connection in big complex projects in close collaboration with the stakeholders is her strength. Steering the required information for decision-making is her drive. In doing so, she places the emphasis on the planning processes and on guiding the decision-making process.
