ABOUT MARJA WILDING
Marja joined Savills in 2016 as a Rural Surveyor following the merger with Smiths Gore and then relocated to the Wimborne development team in October 2017 where she became involved in development consultancy and agency work. With a rural background and training, Marja spent 3 years based in the Savills Peterborough office involved in rural estate management for a number of charity landowners. After qualifying as a rural surveyor in 2016 Marja took the opportunity to develop her planning and development experience by joining the development division and relocating back to her roots in the southwest. Marja\'s role included all aspects of development consultancy and agency with particular specialization in: • Sales • Strategic Land • Joint venture arrangements • Land Assembly • Site Assessments • Option, promotion and hybrid agreements • Landowner collaboration agreements • Ransom and overage advice
