ABOUT MARIYA DIMOVA

I am an IT Manager with 20 years of experience working in corporate IT, technical consultancy and financial industry where I have learned the basics of IT support, progressed through development of web applications, actively implemented global HR solutions for a Fortune 100 company and help corporate and bank treasury departments automate their processes with bespoke solutions. More recently I have been accountable for real time and reference data feed implementation as part of major data vendor managing EMEA wide customer base. I have taken the responsibility of managing the solution deployment group, tasked with process optimization and quality of service delivery. For the last few year I have focused on a role as a Technical Account Manager, focusing on customer implementations, retention and expansion of the vendor footprint.As an experienced IT specialist, through out my career I have demonstrated strong analytical ability and developed an understanding of practices in a wide range of functions. I have worked with people in various European countries as well as colleagues in USA and APAC, which enabled me to gain extensive experience in how international businesses are run. I have successfully completed a number of major business process transformations backed up by technological solutions, and have built up the capacity to quickly learn new tools and adapt to constantly changing environments. My experience with project lifecycles and deliverables has given me the ability to confidently communicate recommended business solutions. I enjoy working in teams, having excellent relationships with my peers and superiors and I will always push the extra mile for outstanding results.
