ABOUT MARIYA TURNER
An experienced program and people leader specializing in community engagement, program management, training and coaching, and sustainability, with a focus on charitable giving and regenerative practices. Currently, I oversee Lush North America\'s Community Donations Program, where I manage product donations to over 400 community partners annually in addition to managing large-scale company wide projects and initiatives, contributing to community building, staff engagement and development, and ethical diversion of significant surplus numbering in hundreds of pallets.With a background in stakeholder management, strategic planning, and operational optimization, I have significantly improved program performance and brand impact. My work consistently integrates my commitment to social good, sustainability, and ethical business practices. Most recently, I had been chosen to serve as a judge for the Spring Prize Awards, supporting initiatives in regenerative design, Indigenous knowledge, and eco-sustainability. I am always looking for new opportunities to grow my expertise and increase my positive impact.
