Marius is an Attorney (Rechtsanwalt) with WIPIT who joined German legacy VC law firm WEITNAUER in 2022.He advises national and international institutional and strategic investors, family offices and business angels on venture capital and growth capital transactions as well as founders and emerging companies on general corporate law issues on their path from the initial disruptive idea through financing rounds to the exit.
