ABOUT MARIUS MÖHLER

I work with leadership teams that want to lead transformation with clarity, alignment and purpose. My work usually sits at the intersection of strategy, leadership and culture: Where the real challenge isn\'t what to change, but how to lead it together.I bring together two worlds that rarely meet: the analytical precision of strategic consulting and the relational depth of organizational development and change facilitation. Over more than a decade, I have supported executive teams in mission-driven organizations, scaling companies and established enterprises across Europe and beyond: helping them move from strategic intent to collective action, from conflict to clarity, from planning to leading.I started my career at McKinsey & Company, advising on strategy and transformation, and earned my MPA at Harvard University with the prestigious McCloy Fellowship. I furthermore received interdisciplinary training in (team) coaching, mediation and change management.Today, I work independently or as an associated team member to other consultancies. What I do? Usually, I- moderate offsites where real conversations happen- design leadership programs that create shared language and capability- coach senior teams through the messy, human work of changeWhat I love about my work is that I often collaborate with teams over time, staying close to the dynamic rather than parachuting in with solutions. My approach is evidence-based but not academic, structured but not rigid, challenging but deeply respectful. The goal is always the same: helping leadership teams lead change that lasts with courage, coherence and humanity.I am based in Germany (Augsburg and Berlin) and work for clients in Europe and beyond.
