Hello, I’m Marius Eugler, CTO at Allianz Technology. I joined Allianz 16 years ago and have had the privilege of contributing to one of the most dynamic technology environments in the financial services industry. I’m proud to be part of Allianz Technology, an organization that continuously pushes the boundaries of engineering excellence, customer value creation, and digital transformation.At Allianz Technology, we serve as the global IT service provider of the Allianz Group, delivering end-to-end IT solutions that drive the Group’s digitalization. With over colleagues across more than 20 countries, we run, optimize, transform, and innovate the infrastructure, applications, and platforms that power Allianz. In short: we are the catalyst of innovation and growth for the Allianz Group.In my role as CTO, I hold accountability and responsibility for the delivery and development of our IT services to the Allianz business entities across my areas of responsibility — including AZ Partners, AZ Trade, the UK, Austria, the CE Region, Ireland, Italy, IberoLatam, France, Benelux, Turkey, and Greece.My focus is on customer excellence and fostering strong business proximity within our teams, while building the engineering capabilities required to deliver continuously benchmarked, high‑quality IT services across the Allianz Group. I am equally committed to operational stability and to maintaining fit‑for‑purpose, efficient IT cost structures that enable and support the growth ambitions of our markets.
