I am an Agile Coach with a founders\', business development and product development background in the Musical Software Instruments Industry, who was significantly involved in and contributed to the development and launch of the disruptive Ableton Link technology with hundreds of partners. I help clients in their agile adoption by coaching program, product management and -teams, and conducting training. My current mindset revolves around the following beliefs- If you don\'t flow, you score low: In applying lean-agile values, principles and practices, organizations can become efficient by doing the right thing effectively and reducing delays- Favor simple solutions over complex ones and time-box yourself; look for different solutions if something is excruciatingly hard or taking far too long- Experiment: The rise of innovation reduces the cost of exploration, which in turn reinforces the rise of innovation- Everyone is different but equal in value and everyone can change and grow through application and experience- Empathy, mindfulness and time combined are paramount in leading organisational change; to overcome blind certainty- Connection before education- Poor decisions often stem from a lack of options
