Combining more than 20 years of experience in numerous operational and strategic mandates, I have developed throughout my career a solid expertise in the management of multidisciplinary teams, emergency situations and large-scale projects. Aa a unifying and loyal leader, my colleagues and collaborators appreciate my 360 approach in the preparation and management of complex operations (engagement of internal and external partners, multi-site deployments, 24/7 operations, unionized staff, contract management).
