   Serve in a senior regional role end-to-end responsible for IT infrastructure topics and portfolio in the Americas, including Canada, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina, while managing local service activities with the related service providers. Serve as the key contact for CIOs and internal service receivers to provide the appropriate solutions and services. Oversee very large budgets and ensure stable IT infrastructure services throughout the organization. Key Contributions • Developed and implemented PC as-a-Service service concept with a scope of +30K PCs in North America, with a focus on modernizing the workplace and improved customer satisfaction scores from 3.9 to 4.3.(Score out of 5) • Building services to solve US legal hold and regulatory challenges regarding handling and storing of data. Service is intended to be adopted globally for those countries facing the same legal challenges. • Ensured efficient resolution of all infrastructure escalations that impact the business, end-user support, and improvements to customer experience by introducing innovative IT solutions.
