Overall responsible for a portfolio of large account customers across different industry sectors at Amesto Solutions- Areas of responsibility include ongoing day to day customer deliveries, support requests and follow up activities within the key business areas ERP, CRM, BI and HRM, with currently an increased focus on Visma\'s cloud based solutions- My work consists of meeting clients, software providers, resource allocation and daily follow up of Amesto\'s consultants across our different business areas (ERP, CRM, BI and HRM)- Utilizing prior knowledge and consulting experience within ERP and CRM, as well as technical experience, to guide and assist our consultants in their daily tasks- Migration from on prem to cloud based solutions, in particular Business NXT- Assisting part time as project manager: Handling implementations on various new project deliveries in my customer portfolio, as well as for other existing customers at Amesto- Exploring new business opportunities and technologies with my customers- Maintained certification in Visma Business and certified in Business NXT, along with various Business NXT courses and other learning courses in Visma Learning Universe.
