I have 4 years of experience within the construction industry beginning my career as an Assistant site Manager at Modus and gradually gaining further qualifications and advancing my career and skill set within Modus since 2014. I have been involved with various complex projects including building refurbishment challenging in-situ office refurbishments. My day to day responsibilities will include the monitoring of Health, Safety and Environmental issues (site inductions and waste management), liaising with sub-contractors, suppliers and the building management team, chairing sub-contractor meetings and the management of the site construction phase. I have joint responsibility as part of the project team, to meet the deadlines within the budget and complete the project to the standards that my company and the clients expect.
