Direct people management of 500 employees (Italian and foreign) at all levels (Employees, Managers and Directors): onboarding management and strategy definition, employment administration, support to performance evaluation, assistance in professional growth, implementation of the company’s policies and procedures (HR compliance program) to ensure that all employees and managers apply HR provisions as well as the applicable Italian and EU laws- Support and coach managers and directors on daily activities as well as on complex HR issues: talent management, personnel development, performance and competence evaluation, goals definition and KPI follow-up, bonuses, training and recruiting processes, litigations and mediation with employees- Responsible for the recruiting and on-boarding process for new hires and management of internal job rotation applications; drive and manage the employer branding activities- HR PM and organization development activities: design HR processes and projects (digitalization processes, acedemy project, AI projects); management of the working climate survey, job mapping, competence modelling and employee experience projects.
