ABOUT MARIT KRISTIN LARSEN HAARR
Business-minded IT-lawyer with extensive industrial experience and digitalisation of the Norwegian public sector and e-health. Currently I am working as a data protection officer in Norway\'s biggest health region. I draw largely on all my previous work experience here. I am leading change, building privacy culture and advise management on strategic privacy issues.My last position was Data protection officer at Norsk helsenett SF, a Norwegian state owned company that develops and provides national e-health solutions which include both data (including health data) and infrastructure.I draw on experience from the Directorate for e-health and the Norwegian directorate for health. Apart from working in the legal department with new technological solutions requiring new legal solutions, I have worked as project leader in the cross-governmental digitalisation sphere of modernisation of the Norwegian Folkeregister, dedicated to the health sector\'s use of personal information in the Folkeregister. I am a certified Product Owner, which adds a hands-on touch to the development perspectives. Previously, I have worked as technology and privacy lawyer both in-house in companies now found behind the brand Tieto Evry and at law firm Haavind.Specialties: E-health legal matters. Long experience in privacy and data protection matters. Drafting and negotiating all kinds of IT contracts: outsourcing, licensing, cloud computing for private and public sector as well as assistance in other issues related to technology.
