ABOUT MARISSA VIVIRITO
I am a fourth-year student at the University of Georgia majoring in Human Development and Family Sciences within the College of Family and Consumer Sciences. Through my coursework, I have developed a strong foundation in human development, behavior, and family systems, which has shaped my interest in patient centered healthcare.After completing my undergraduate degree, I plan to pursue advanced nursing education with the goal of becoming a nurse practitioner. I am particularly interested in whole person care with a clinical focus on hematology and the ways complex medical conditions affect patients across the lifespan. My goal is to provide compassionate, evidence based care that addresses both physical health and psychosocial well being.
